You could always try calling from a different phone number and see if he answers.

Also I would like to become more versed on how to price new clients ( is this best as a monthly subscription service, is there a one time admin fee, are there additional costs for renting vacant units, contracting repairs ie plumbers, electricians etc., collecting rents and handling evictions).
