My family is considering purchasing a single family home in North St.

Among my friends in Tacoma- mostly white-collar, non-Seattle commuting, late 20s to 30 somethings, with no kids- most have rented in the North End, downtown, or Fircrest, and then gravitated towards the South and East side to buy starter homes. 

A little bit more risky but could yield much higher appreciation I like areas in Southern Orchards, Olde Towne, Milo Grogan, and Old North. 

Looking for property management company to manage 15-100 units in Northern New Jersey -Hudson, Bergen Counties. Union City, West New York. Any recommendations? 

I was able to get a quote that was slightly higher ($456/yr), but some other agents quoted me north of $1,000/yr.

If you're willing to go further out into New Jersey  (say, west or north/northwest) it's conceivable that you could find a place you could buy all cash for $50k.

Linden heights and North Riverdale are good C+/B- places to hunt for a rental  with just a few easily avoided spots of D. 

If plans can be made for the Rays to adopt the stadium, it could be finished by 2023.Midtown Tampa: Located just between North Dale Mabry and I-275, this multi-use project features a variety of open spaces.

I see new investors who buy these courses like the rare sea turtles my Mum helps watch on the beaches of North Carolina.

The North Carolina beaches (such as holden beach) are more family friendly.
