Or is it better to write off 10% of interest vs 5%?

Not sure if this is the right section to post in but I can't find something fitting.This is about some issues with the BP phone app.When creating a post, the line breaks when writing the post do not stay when actually posting so everything gets combined into one giant paragraph.This post has three line breaks but it doesn't look like it (at least on the phone app).

So I also rent, and while it’s painful to write the check, that hurt has brought me here to BP.

I am new to the software, figured out most of it but this one has me stumped and not finding answers online.What categories do I assign to the closing costs and net proceeds?
