(I'm assuming that there is no PMI due to the fact that you put down 25%).These are numbers that can allow someone to sleep at night as long as you rent to financially solid tenants.A 22.55% ROI or COC (whichever you'd rather go by) is a beautiful deal and is hard to find for some!
