hello everybody I really appreciate your input here.  Spend $4000 with capital rehab group and get it back before first deal is split. For a 7030 split for the first three deals. or do I go what time Kroll from wholesaling Inc. who charges $5000 and doesn't give it back come the first deal but doesn't split the deals with me either.  not necessarily what's the better deal but what's the way to go for someone who can't afford to lose anymore.?!
