A recent study of thousands of consumers said 60 degrees was about the cut off point for diners being comfortable eating outside on patio etc. of restaurants.For warm belt states this news is not that bad as only cold typically a few months out of the year at best.

So, I know that in most tenant/landlord situations, most of the maintenance of the general premises is the responsibility of the landlord to maintain, since they are usually the ones that own the space and likely paid for most of the improvements for the tenant.What if a tenant pays for the improvement of the space from "warm dark" shell up to their finish.
