During my cancer battle I have met many warriors and their caregivers and for some, medical costs have taken high tolls om them in various ways.

If you're trying to rent to students, flight attendants, travelling nurses, etc. it's a good idea to provide furniture.

I have a full-time job plus a 3 year old and an 11 month old at home so my ability to travel to these areas and spend extended time getting to know the market is limited.

Can't tell you  just how many people travel that road both going south and north to the Bay Area.

Do you want to travel six months out of the year? 

Private investor initially, then after the appraisal, potential FHA loan from a local bank as it IS our primary residence--we just happen to be traveling constantly because my husband is a cinematographer. 

I do like to travel as well, but  main reason is for investment.  

They want to travel and have me manage their properties.

, but we still cannot cherry pick pick the appraiser on a per-property per-appraisal basis, and the laws of economics still apply to everyone.However when we know it is a complex order that will require regression analysis, comping comps, a lot of historical research, statistics-based time travel to extrapolate forward in time to the present, etc, we have the option of putting out there that we (& by we, I mean the consumer) are willing to pay more, and they can take their sweet time doing it. 

Noise that is not transmitted through vibration is just sound waves traveling through empty air.
