The PM work doing yourself is still costing you time which you are trading for saved money.To me it is not saved if I am doing 10 per hour work but making hundreds of dollars per hour doing other activities.

Really, it's running on WordPress and for $5 per month you can get a host that will host WordPress and it is pretty easy to set up and configure yourself and there is a lot of free information online about that.I'm a developer by trade myself, and am currently offering small projects for free and larger ones pretty cheap in order to rebuild my portfolio and get back into freelancing.

Build equity and credibility, use that plus leverage to get a bigger property with my money and OPM, rinse and repeat until I’m selling smaller units and trading in for larger 50-100 unit apartment complexes.

The trade off for a fast sum of money is a higher rate, but I am curious what that rate looks like.
