Any tips for someone who has a full time job but wants to start investing in RE? 

Would you happen to have any interesting tips I may use?

I guess what I forgot to put in my OP was any tips or tracks of the RE Pros Trade I can benefit from.

I talked my girlfriend into becoming my rental agent, signed her license app and helped her get licensed.

You could try pulling a listing from a real estate app and take it to the mortgage broker and get them to see if you qualify for a loan.

eh, not really, I'd prefer they spend their dev time on a more robust iPhone app.

He was great at rehabbing and he put a lot of work into his first investment but then it wasn't really taken care of..So my question is, since I haven't done this before lol...Any tips on getting decent stuff (long lasting really) without getting caught up in trying to pull off some HGTV moves..? 

I would like to get my foot in the door and pick up advice and tips that will help me in this field.
