Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Luckily I was driving over with my son to move all his stuff from his apartment to a storage unit at WSU so he can move into a single apartment for his grad school work.I was thinking it was the 2 water line screens.

Hey @Michael Lightwood - it's a loaded question but I don't think there really is a "good" time to be buying. 

Learning about the seller's approach and way of thinking can help you make your negotiation plan more effective.Every seller in the real estate market is different, just like every person is different.

You can start doing larger deals much sooner than you think. 

I think there will be some additional cost to do refi and reissue of title policy.  

Being a landlord sucks for the most part because most people go into it thinking it's easy.

I haven't gone to Nichole's monthly meetup because I'm a bit of a recluse, but she's been doing it for a good while and I think it's definitely worth a visit if you're less socially-averse than I am lol.
