I've made a few offers (and have a few waiting responses right now) but haven't closed a deal yet.

As the owner of quite a few rental properties, my husband and I would never allow a property management company to be responsible for making sure our mortgage (principal and interest), taxes, and insurance are kept current.

The Salesmen minimizes or ignores weaknesses, emphasizes strengths, ignores data he does not like, and substitutes bad temper and clownish insults for measured & substantive responses.3)  The Salesman if often, but not always, located in NV or UT.4)  The attorney explains things in a clear manner with citations and evidence. 

Responsiveness is SOOO underrated IMO.As far as the fee...are you happy that you saved any money and did this person do a worthy job?

When considering a provider review their references, and from their responses on the forum you can get an idea of their knowledge level.
