If a tenant paid their entire balance and I was going to not evict them, I would go ahead and collect their rent and not pursue the court case.But once you file your lawsuit (again, in Florida) you are no longer able to collect rent directly if you are going to proceed with your case.

If it's a big house, maybe start a phone call between the two people before the water is turned on, so the second person can ask the first person to turn the water off over the phone.If turning off all the faucets fixed it, then you can probably go ahead with your inspection.

Hello Forum-We have a MI park under a contract with high occupancy, strong financials & a strong metro/town, however, we’re finding a number of banks are not moving ahead with underwriting approval due to the fact that we are out of town investors or they don’t invest in MHPs.If anyone knows of MI banks (ideally Western MI area) that invest in MHPs under $1M, please advise.Thanks
