The only downside with them is they have a wait list that is close to a year, so I haven't been able to scoop up as many of their properties as I would like.I am Currently in the process of purchasing a property through Parc Property Group in Indiana and so far the process has been very smooth and the rehab seems to be of very good standard but I will be happy to speak more of them in time.I also came across a company right in my back yard here in Utah called DFY Real Estate, and while I haven't purchased any properties through them yet, they have an impeccable reputation here and I have met one of their founders and I know him to be an incredibly smart and honest guy.

A good point was made about no GFCI on refrigerator.Garage - 3 switches -1 for garage, 1 for back yard flood light, 1 labeled as "goes to nothin", 1 GFCI that isn't working, 1 receptacle for washer dryer
