When its based on pure speculation then I think it can become destructive to other people's understanding if they don't understand that.People come on here and get advice that can drastically alter their lives, and I deeply respect the responsibility we all have in communicating our OPINIONS in that environment.

The respective insurance company on each claim is bound to find out of the other policy's existence and could (more than likely would) attempt to invoke the "excess" clause of it's own contract, potentially leaving the owner waiting for courts/arbitration to settle...

It appears that they are looking for people to look for FSBO properties and upload photos of the properties and to get some information from the sellers as well and upload it to their site.
