Does anyone have a reliable handyman they can recommend?

Hello anybody Has a plumber in Tampa, reasonable and reliable to do some work?

My main area of concern is in the delayed payment to contractors, as I feel like that will be a big hurdle in finding somebody who is reliable and will do good work.

Would love connect if you need any help or are looking for a reliable contracting partner. 

We do this because we find value in a reliable and long-running resident—no turn cost, the known v unknown, etc.

To me, my properties are all worth a million bucks, I worked hard on them and have no intention of selling them in my lifetime. 3rd if you can make a relationship with an affordable, reliable and quality contractor, you will succeed.

The current problem I am having is finding good, reliable investors to invest with.

Next and honestly the most important aspect is finding a good reliable contractor, I would recommend doing another post in the Philly forum looking for an investor-friendly contractor.
