Handyman needed in Tampa area

Hi everyone! We just closed on our first STR single family home in the Tampa area, Town n Country. Before we are able to move forward with rental, we need some handyman work done, (paint, ceiling fans, minor work) . Does anyone have a reliable handyman they can recommend? Please and thank you!
