You cannot advertise a property for sale you don't own unless you are a licensed agent/broker and then you are doing so on behalf of an owner with their express permission to do so.

To get the property lead-safe certified, you'd need to have a lead inspection done on the property by a MA licensed inspector. 

We're concerned with the tenant burning down the building if they don't use it properly.

While I've never lived in Phoenix I find it hard to believe that Tucson has a lower affordability rating than Tempe, Scottsdale or Phoenix proper.

Intimidate and threaten rather than go through proper channels to evict.  

Hello, I'm looking to get my real estate license.

I have entertained the idea of getting my real estate license (so we could be saving money on our buys and sells) as well as helping take care of the odds and ends errands that eats into my husband’s time (running to stores for materials, fixtures, etc.).

@Dovid Staples there were three RE agents representing both buyer and seller and I can point you towards their names if you would like, then you just have to look them up on realtor.com, zillow or the licensing website

I was also had a Broker license in Texas for about 30 years.
