You cannot advertise a property for sale you don't own unless you are a licensed agent/broker and then you are doing so on behalf of an owner with their express permission to do so.

@Dovid Staples there were three RE agents representing both buyer and seller and I can point you towards their names if you would like, then you just have to look them up on realtor.com, zillow or the licensing website
