I am currently enjoying being a stay-at-home-dad for our 8 month old daughter while working on business projects such as developing an app and a couple of small products.  

If you get somebody who doesn't get excited about doing one and tries to direct you to a different loan product (like FHA), find somebody else.  

Reasons may include a failure by the landlord to provide peaceful quiet enjoyment of the premises to the tenant, defects in the property, failure on the part of the landlord to make a legally required repair, or a host of other reasons which seem to come out of left field and astound the landlord when the breach occurs and the tenant is demanding a refund of the prepaid rent.

This news just sparked my interest:http://www.reuters.com/article/us-paraguay-brazil-...There are many foreign industries, mainly from Brazil, that settle in Paraguay to produce goods and later export those products to their own country.

The best ones being that in most markets they are the most in demand product for both rentals and sales, tenant quality is higher, there is more inventory of distressed property so it is easier to find one at a larger discount, and if/when I do sell it is at top dollar to a retail buyer (not an investor).
