Looking for investors feed back in Houston, Texas

Hello, my name is Albert and I am a local GC in the Houston, Texas area. I have 18 years experience in residential and commercial construction, new and rehab. I have done some multi-family, custom and production work. I am in search of advice from an investor that would like to deal directly with GC to, build, rehab your rental/investment properties. I have experience and well versed in the acquisitions of foreclosed homes and the need to flip to rent ready in a timely fashion. I also know of areas in Houston that we could "spot build", this means buy existing lots that are ready for construction. Whichever, rehab, new, single family, multi-family and/or commercial property. We have all the trades, vendors and pricing that the large companies get. We could meet, I could show around and go from there. In my past life I was with one  Americas  Largest Home Builder, and there. We sold out two communities to investors that was 100% rental. Looking to replicate that or something close. Hope to hear from you and get any feed back anyone might have in regards to the Houston market.

Regards,

Albert
