You should always do research to see if this is viable in your target market but generally this is less common as many people want private spaces instead of shared.

Hi @Christopher Crooks - I'm not in TN, but manage 3 STR properties remotely. 

On a broader scale, if anything is in my name then if you p*ss off the government or anything like that they can take seize any and all your property in your name.

There is a lender willing to refi cash out the property right know, should I take this lender offer, or would it be better to go to a local Credit Union or Bank and have them run the numbers?

Popular neighborhoods include Lakewood and Casa View, but larger multifamily properties can be expensive.
