I come from a family where both of my parents never went to college but work hard.

I worked for 4 years in college for a licensed contractor and am capable of doing most remodels (kitchen, bath, plumbing, flooring, electrical, etc...)I was wondering if anyone has any tips for finding a right lender and loan?

The lenders I have used on my previous properties are not options right now, as i have more than the 4 mortgage max they are all quoting.Does anyone know a portfolio lender / broker / other option that they can recommend for financing in the northeast ohio area?

Previous to that I started in real estate with Robt.

My college degree is in architecture so, real estate is in my blood. :)And I strongly believe that without successful and systematized marketing, businesses will have extremely hard time growing in today's world.

Does anybody here rent in college areas?
