Financing options over 4 mortgage limit in cleveland

The lenders I have used on my previous properties are not options right now, as i have more than the 4 mortgage max they are all quoting.

Does anyone know a portfolio lender / broker / other option that they can recommend for financing in the northeast ohio area?
