These banks are going to have to pay up to get funding in some form; so, they already had pressure on their asset valuations from higher interest rates and now have a shock to the size and cost of liabilities. 

To have experience/knowledge that sets them apart from the rest, reliability, and no pressure on a purchase or sale.
