What to look for when buying new construction?
Hello Folks, I am looking to buy new construction properties. What do I check? Like builder, warranties, etc

You should still hire a home inspector as normal, you'd be surprised by some of these builders cutting corners. You should also ask for any warranties and builder warranties.
