You're investing, which is precisely what I recommend people do.

Some of the biggest players running their own portfolios are ex-investment bankers and to them everything is about finance, accounting and debt placement strategies.

I think the baseboards might actually heat better but we felt that the Cadet heaters allowed for better furniture placement and maybe a little less of a fire hazard.

This CF can actually get you out of the rat race.Additionally, you'll never earn enough to just keep converting $ into assets into CF - you need equity to grow so that you can bridge...It's all tied together and is a very precise formula. 

Its these housing brokers that need to be contacted AND if the ins cos don;t know who they call when there is a family placement situation then I have no idea how to find them.Each of my 2 times taking an insurance stay, they found me from my normal zillow vacancy ad.Good luck, curt

Learn from other's mistakes and if you're serious about operating STR's and you're not opting to have a co-host, know that it can and almost ALWAYS is a full time job, unless you have an excellent team in place and your automations and tech stack is on point.What I said, was coming from 1st hand experience in rentals, including STR, in that specific placement.
