@Scott Provost I'd do some research Scott, IDK if condos compare to SFR in terms of return...........as far as HOA I hate the thought of something useless between me and my tenant; but that's a personal pet peeve!

Often time nurses travel with their spouse and or a pet, but I have never gotten a tenant who has brought a whole family, so they only need a bedroom and a bathroom.

People and pets dont scratch or at least scratches are imperceptible, dragging heavy furniture with a brad or a piece of gravel under one foot scratches.
