They *might* be telling me the absolute truth, but I tend to interpret excess passion as 1 part truth and 5 parts hype.

That would be super low headache and allow you to work full time in whatever is your passion which may be your current tech job.

Making money doesn't have to be your life passion, it just needs to be something that's enjoyable to where you don't mind going to work, because if you want to be an investor you need something to invest.

The experience you would gain over the next 3 years would position you to either open your own company straight out of school or at the very least help narrow down your real estate passion.

You need to find one that fits with your passion, motivations, long term goals, and capabilities.

We do and we have learned a lot by doing so and have that passion to perform better than any other managers because my own investments also rely on the top performance.
