What would be the one digital tool/software you wished for?

Hello Fellow BP’ers,

I'm passionate about US REI and studied a few strategies e.g. Flipping, Wholesaling. I'm interested in Private Lending currently. Eventually, I would like to acquire Multi-Family or Apartments for Passive income. My net worth's missing a few zeroes for that right now.

I am exploring businesses that I could build around Private Lending that would also help my fellow investors. My background is in Tech/VC and I have the networks for outsourced/

offshore software development . Hence, the title around digital and software tools.

Is there a bugbear that private lenders want addressed or a wishlist tool? Open to any ideas that anyone wants to throw out.
