SO FAR COVID 19 is in the neighborhood of a 2-3% rate and has infected under 200k that we know of and around 5k deaths...... infect 34 million with COVID 19 and do the math...Please let the people at the CDC and WHO handle the comparisons and set the concern level agenda..... when the experts in the field basically tell us all "get ready to get the sh*t kicked out of us" I believe them...... and THATS NOT MEDIA HYPE.....

Oregon Gov Kate Brown has called a special session this week to pass new legislature.One of the proposals is an extension of the rental moratorium, extended to December 1st.I couldn't find the exact wording as to how much longer(current July 7th) they are proposing the moratorium, Im getting the date from a investment real estate lobbyist group I belong to, I did see its on the agenda though.
