I learned a ton from the house itself, and it was a great mentor;  it also had no hidden agenda or motive, and only upcharged me for the repairs it needed. 

The city and county are spending a lot of money on infrastructure upgrades in Greenville to ensure that future development is possible and can continue at its current pace.

Squeaky wheel get the oil, get on the city council agenda for that month and tell them you are trying to clean up and bring in more houses and increase the city tax base plus those new houses will add to the water and sewer and trash base.

I think the very high taxes and limp economy make that a really tough pace for real estate investment.
