New Investor ready to invest out of state

Shawndra Brown
Posted

I’m new to investing and looking to invest out of state in Atlanta. I would love to start off local but it’s just too expensive in California. Any advice on investing out of state for a person new to investing?

Hey @Shawndra Brown welcome, and there are many many forums on that exact topic.  If you are ready to buy, its worth checking out the BP agent finder to get connected with a vetted agent in the market you are interested in.  Thats always a good first step and will be a good starting point for the rest of your team.

also there are several books from BP on investing long distance, worth the read for sure.
