I'm looking into the Mooresville area of NC and I'm wondering if anyone in this forum is familiar with the area and open to talking to me about it. 

NJ has been a great state to invest in over the years, I run a real estate investing meet up in North Jersey. 

I bought this with my brother as a pocket listing and the homes are in North Park (A highly desirable area in San Diego comparable to West Hollywood).

This is in 21211 off of Cold Spring Ln, just north of 41st St, so not quite in Hampden.

I live in the north ATL metro.

The house is in North Carolina.

We are on Lake Coeur d'Alene in north Idaho.AirDNA is just an algorithm.

But there are other communities in North Dallas County I would prefer over Garland for STR exit strategy.

It's a highlight vacation spot for many North and South Carolinians, and brings in many out of state tourists as well.

My interests are rental property investing in LTRs/MTRs/STRs, student housing and Section 8, SFHs and small MFHs, FHA househacking locally in Pennsylvania, and OOS investing in the Midwest/South/Sunbelt, particularly Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, or North Carolina.
