1) If an investor were to have their license solely for the purpose of saving or earning commission when buying and selling property, what would be the best broker to hang their license at in order to reduce the amount they split with the broker? 

That would necessitate you purchasing at least $1050000 ish (after closing costs) in replacement investment real estate. 

But I would add that is doesn't matter where the investor/Realtor hangs their hat for brokerage sponsorship.

This way I know that if you get upset or don't like doing this that you wont just walk away and leave me hanging with a D class property.

These two need to cooperate in terms of getting the unit re rented as quickly as possible so they can both go on their merry way without the shadow of extra months (typically at least two if these are remaining on their current lease) hanging their heads.

When I log on and try to go to the “residents” (tenants) page, for example, it just “hangs”-I’ve been waiting since yesterday and I can’t access it.
