getting the smell permanently out can be a Monster Job.Many contractors will only approach this on a 'remove everything burnt or porous' basis.  

Plus, flights and rental cars, renting trucks if you need to haul stuff versus driving your own SUV, adds a lot of costs to the project.

Took two trucks to remove her junk. 

Appraised around 150k.question it appraises for that but what would it sell for.. a lot of what I have funded over the years in the mid west apprasial and actual sales prices were very very different. those are monster spreads if you can actually sell for that..

Just scout for the right deals and load up the truck.

I expect things like logistics, trucking, warehousing, etc to hit there at some point.
