Where should I save my money?

We are Buyers, Lenders, and Mentors, a tight-knit group and we work together to make money on our deals.

We currently have some money that we could use for renovations, but we don't know if we should use the equity for that instead or use it to put it on a different property.

If they are able to get it turned around and making money (cash flow positive), they then grab another one using a low-down payment loan.

Financial freedom requires:Your rental income must increase faster than inflation so you will have enough money to cover inflated costs in the future.

Tenant/Buyer is required to put down nonrefundable option money.

In the past 2 years, I have used my extra money to pay off student loans by interest rate.

Where can I go to borrow money to give the contractor in order to get the project started?

Currently I like the idea of having long term rentals for my future, but I really enjoy managing my place and think that I would enjoy doing property management as I would get to help others make money and help find a home for future residents.
