I'm looking to grow my portfolio in North Carolina and meet new investors to potentially create new partnerships.

We both have separate mortgages, good credit and less than 40% with the DTI score.This home is only a few miles from her primary residence so we're not sure how we could justify the "second home loan" besides the fact that it's actually on the water.

No cattle hacking, rewards, miles, etc.

@Brady Bisgaard We bought our house in November 2020 here in Roseville (north of Sacramento by about 30 minutes) and used a 5% down conventional loan as we are owner occupied.

North of 90% in a lot of places.

Not 100% sure but several municipalities in Lehigh Valley require that you be within 20 miles or to have a local management company. 

Hang onto it; I believe Eagle is going to be one of those 'legacy' neighborhoods, similar to the the North End or the Foothills where property will continue to climb for decades to come.
