I really just began using the platform again over the past several weeks and it's still as valuable as it was before life distracted me for a bit.

I believe that becoming a real estate investor will enable me to achieve my most ambitious life goals as well as obtain a secure retirement.I'm looking forward to talking with and learning from the active community members!

We typically start out with clients in tears and not sure what will happen to them and end with people restarting there life with are help.  

If its a 20 unit multi family and you intend to self manage...then I would say yes...your school will suffer.The impact on your life/school really all depends on what your rental property strategy is going to be.Pals now ??

Just because they have a season (or life) of financial struggle doesn't mean they can't handle other life affairs responsibly. 

The saying goes that it is never too late to start, but I must recognize that I am starting late in my life.
