Hire a GC (or a mentor/partner rehabber) and see how he works, then maybe on your next you could be independent.You might break even on this one, maybe up to 10k, but at least you'll gain knowledge, and that's important.Good luck.

I think it is VERY possible to get your license and start wholesaling, HOWEVER if your a new agent - most brokers will require you to go thru training, mentor, programs, etc.
