I definitely dont like letting the team down since they also get per file bonuses that feed their families as well. 

As a bonus, it will be nice for many senior citizens who have seen their interest income plummet since 2008.  

I think if the companies stop moving to texas and decide to move to other states (who now are offering good bonuses to come to their state since they saw how good it worked for Texas) they will move remember companies are there to make profit and give good returns to their investors so they will cut any cost and take any benefits any state gives them to save cost on moving and bonus and benefits the other thing it takes it really smart people to work for them which Texas has a lots of Just like California but other states are not too far off either some have even better talent (Mass,NY, Penn) etc and people will move for jobs if they get paid better so not only high rents but Texas will have competition from other states as they need to create more jobs in their state.  

This work is susceptible to market dips- when there are no deals, you don't earn as much because income is often dependent on a bonus structure based on volume.2) Appraiser.  

They have Home Depots in Puerto Rico now so that would be a bonus.....

Bonus, you might get another reliable contractor for future consideration on other projects.

If not, that's a major bonus that you can pass back the expense to the residents.

Just a bonus the pay-off is coming from one of their clients' savings accounts!

Bonus points if you go with a hard money lender that also has a refinance lending program so you don't have to find a separate bank or new lender for the refinance
