Flipping in Puerto Rico/ Bahamas?

Has anyone ever flipped in either Puerto Rico or the Bahamas? What was your experience like and did the process take longer than in the States? I've heard it can take almost double the time to flip there than in the mainland.

 They have had Home Depots in Puerto Rico since before I was born and I am 25 years old. I was born and lived in PR until I was 21y.o
