@Bruce Woodruff Intel just committed 10s of Billions of dollars to new manufacturing facilities in Chandler.

I currently work in the construction industry for a large manufacturer and I am seeing the effects on the material end and how that’s translating to builders etc and do wonder what this all might mean for the housing market.

What have you done or seen as proper solution?

First thing you need to do is make sure it is zoned properly.

I just wanted to run this by some of you guys on here to make sure I'm going about this correctly, and to see what thoughts you have on securing the proper funds to operate smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve been using a normal accountant for several years but I don’t think he’s properly crediting for depreciation, and I know my wife and I are close to qualifying for real estate professional and the subsequent active income write offs…my accountant won’t even look at it.

This is why it's important to properly vet a location and neighborhood to make sure a STR will be permitted and welcome. 

Perhaps provide proper ventilation or does it have to be removed completely to avoid potential issues?

From all the reviews I've read, it seems people are trying to lay this stuff over unlevel floors.you can't lay this over ceramic tile if there's lippage. it appears no one uses self leveling underlayment before plank install either.Has anyone here actually properly installed plank over a perfectly level floor... and still had issues?
