Agent error or mine?

I’m the buyer, my agent and I were going back and forth with contracts. I would sign, we would talk, change it again, he would send, I would sign etc. We did this 3 times. And on the 4th he put in the wrong offer price. He offered to remedy the situation in a certain way, but it was my fault too. What have you done or seen as proper solution?
