I’m currently in escrow on my first real estate investment and I’m proud to say it’s a quadplex in a great location in Houston Texas.

Most locations do have some form of “transfer fees” on the real estate itself, which occurs at closing, typically paid by the seller.

Hi Candice The amount you should pay for a house all depends on where you’re buying it (Remember location, location, location) and what other properties just like yours recently sold for.  

I think I am out of town for the next one and we do switch up the location from time to time but I look forward to meeting you.

When I was driving around it was rough, police were out though a lot but it was rough.And a speculation:1- With the soccer stadium going in near it, the neighborhood's location between the 2 metros, and the low price to enter for young millennial's, do you think this will change the neighborhood?

If you tell us where you are located in the Boston area, I can recommend some groups. 

The location is surrounded by places such as Champion Spring Village, Colony Creek Village, Cedar Creek Forest Mobile Home, and not too far away from Lone Star College University park. 

@Ray Harrell I should definitely give them an exact location and time frame in writing then? 

For my parish (county) I can go onto the assessor's website and locate all of the properties that:  1. have a home on it  2. the property address and mailing address are different and 3. there is no homestead exemption for that property.

The company I work for is also located in NoCo (Fort Collins).
