I lost a listing where an agent told the client that they knew me, which they didn't and said I mostly only do commercial real estate - 98% of my business is residential 4.

This will be my first step into Real Estate Investing so its really exciting/scary for me so anything helps!

Hello,I am a Temple University student (aspiring Real Estate Developer) I just have a few quick questions for anyone who is in the Real Estate Field (Investor, Agent, or Developer).

Goals:  Currently really just trying to learn everything/anything as it relates to real estate.  

We identified the problem areas, built a great team, and developed a system to win the Detroit real estate game—and we never looked back.

The other markets might be as well, but what I know about my market is we saw 2% appreciation throughout our mls last year despite the national news of real estate being in a decline… we are so insulated from the “bubble” conversation.
