I have not had any problem doing that, updating pics, updating listing info, etc..

Also talk to your realtor as they should know some of the condos that are used as airBNB or medium term rentals.

The bathroom tub faucet isn't working right and needs a new valve ($450)... and the list goes on and on.  

I don't think listing with an agent will work since I am not looking to sell to the general public, I do get these yellow post cards and letters from "CASH FOR YOUR HOUSE NOW" but I believe those are not investors buyers but more bird-dogs looking to get it on a contract to reassign at closing.
