I have joined two REIA in my area, but I have not been to any of their meetings but I will.

Slightly before I started in RE I also joined a stock investment club.

i'm looking to join this group because I'm new to investing in property's and structuring purchase packages, plus I have limited cash flow.Its my understanding that this group will help you find properties, help you structure your deals, let you buy in on some of their projects and or buy in on your projects if you can not fund the purchase yourself.
