I was at a guru event a few years back ( invited guest non paying)  and the celebrity investor guru was the husband and wife team of Flip Vegas.. so they get on stage to do Q and A  and of course everyone wants to know how they did it etc.. when in fact they get paid millions to just be the face and show up..

It could brings you roughly around $7k per month after all expenses.Alternatively I will use it for commercial property ~10 units.I would invite some more experienced investor to help for either commission or to shares in profits.

Before  making the invitation to come to my office I ask many questions and know from their answers and from my real time on line research, that I want to buy this house.

@Eric Engelson, I paid the $197 and invited a BP member...made contact with a real estate agent, a lawyer, and a few other people...learned some things as well.

Invite them out for a drink, lunch, coffee, or just sit down with them at the club (they usually have time set aside for networking and pick their brains).

I may have a couple more invites left; I got a total of ten.
