The speed with which it works and the layout of the photos and everything else is awesome.

The main thing to also think about is the cost; QBO is about $20-30 per month, whereas you can purchase the Desktop version for about $200 and it will serve you for 3 years before Intuit starts decreasing any functionality.

The layouts include studios and 1bds or a mix of both with or without garages which you can ignore since that's more of a budget thing and not that complicated to build.

Being only 25 yrs old with a slightly above average salary, I don't have more than $30k liquid cash so I would be more than doubling my current liquid bank holdings.I know the answer to these type of questions is situation/goal based but i tried to lay out my situation as best as possible.
