Well , as far as insurance , any plowing contractor should have insurance but most will make  you sign a hold harmless agreement , basicly we are not responsible for slip and falls , bushes , driveway damage etc .

When I do this I transactionner in advance and structure to control before taking title and all the responsibilities.

I just got behind with things and couldn't keep up with the responses.

I'm concerned about the high prices, unless your company offers a way for me as an individual investor to pool with other investors to earn a decent rate of return.  

I totally get that individually it can be very wrong to estimate.
