I'm in health care and maintaining full-time employment.

We really don’t wanna live in that house for the long term due to health issue, although we don’t mind staying in the place as our vacation home for the weekend or holiday.

These types of equipment are intended for recreational use only and do not meet building, fire and safety, and health code standards associated with residential uses.

We only have 3 properties and have only been landlords for about a year, but during the rehab of our properties we prayed for our tenants health, safety, and prosperity. 

That research brought me to this question: what metrics do you like to use to determine the health of the real estate market now and in the near future?

- Would this be a health issue (septic & well) and would we have to tap into city services first if available?

On another, working with a different realtor on what would probably be a tear-down (the owner's extended family tore out the copper tub, with a huge whole in floor), I had the realtor tell me to find a different mentor, because he was wanting things that were flat out illegal.

When this issue has come up for me, I simply request a handwritten letter from a local mental health professional stating the recommendation of the ESA to the individual along with the professionals contact info so I can verify it.
