It definitely isn't easy, but sometimes the best mentor is the hardest client/owner/employer to work with.  

If you don't have any deals and are still just gathering information, I would suggest you fast track your progress to get to the point of actually submitting an offer.

I have worked in mental health for years and we regularly receive permission from clients to use their likeness in promotional materials.

I cant tell you how many times my clients use a lender of their choosing because they have a lower rate than the lenders I recommend....then their lender does something to screw up and we need to switch to the lender I recommended in the first place to save the transaction.

@Joseph Ortiz I have used them for multitudes of clients on our hard money deals and they are awesome.

In February I received a client that I thought was a guaranteed transaction but unfortunately failed. 

I gather, from what you all are saying, that this is pretty typical and that what I really need to do is stand my ground (which I have been with them since I sent the notice of breach).

I'm asking from the perspective of me as the client of the builder.
